Since the late 1980s, Russ has led environmental consulting and inspection projects for commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional clients across the United States. His work has supported commercial property transactions, renovation and demolition planning, indoor air quality investigations, and environmental compliance programs.
Russ is licensed as an Individual Asbestos Consultant in the State of Texas and holds numerous certifications related to asbestos inspection, project design, air monitoring, and hazardous materials safety.
